退款与预付额度政策Refund & Prepaid Credits Policy

适用范围:为 Solunar AI 本服务购买预付额度的交易。本政策与服务条款第 6 条配套。Applies to: purchases of prepaid Credits for the Solunar AI Service. This Policy accompanies §6 of the Terms of Service.
01预付额度Prepaid Credits
1.1 本服务采用预付额度。您购买额度后,额度计入您的账户余额,并随您按账户内显示的费率使用本服务而消耗。1.1 The Service uses prepaid Credits. When you purchase Credits, they are added to your account balance and consumed as you use the Service at the rates shown in your account.
1.2 额度仅供使用本服务,不可转让,且除法律要求或此处明确规定外无现金价值。1.2 Credits are for use of the Service only, are non-transferable, and have no cash value except as required by law or as expressly stated here.
1.3 只要您的账户保持开立且信誉良好,额度不过期。1.3 Credits do not expire so long as your account remains open and in good standing.
02退款Refunds
2.1 已消费额度不可退款。已消费的额度(即已路由至本服务并计费的用量)不可退款,因为我们已为其产生不可逆的上游成本。2.1 Consumed Credits are non-refundable. Credits already consumed (i.e., usage already routed to and billed by the Service) are not refundable, because we incur irreversible upstream cost for them.
2.2 未使用额度。您可在购买后十四 (14) 天内申请退还未使用的额度,但须满足:(a) 扣除一笔等于我们就原始扣款所产生的、不可退还的支付处理方手续费的处理费;(b) 扣除任何已消费的额度;及 (c) 反欺诈审核。2.2 Unused Credits. You may request a refund of unused Credits within fourteen (14) days of purchase, subject to: (a) a processing fee equal to the non-refundable payment-processor fees we incurred on the original charge; (b) deduction of any Credits consumed; and (c) anti-fraud review.
2.3 退款方式。经核准的退款通过我们的支付处理方(Stripe)退回原支付方式。2.3 How refunds are issued. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via our payment processor (Stripe).
2.4 酌情退款。对于经核实的服务错误或重复扣款,我们可自行裁量退款或调整额度。2.4 Discretionary refunds. We may, at our discretion, issue refunds or Credit adjustments for verified Service errors or duplicate charges.
2.5 人工审核。所有退款均由 Solunar AI 人工审核与核准;退款并非自动进行。2.5 Manual review. All refunds are reviewed and approved by Solunar AI manually; refunds are not automatic.
2.6 您的法定权利。本政策中的任何内容均不限制您在适用消费者保护法(包括不列颠哥伦比亚省《商业惯例与消费者保护法》)下可能享有的任何不可放弃的权利。2.6 Your statutory rights. Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law, including British Columbia's Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act.
03计费争议与拒付Billing disputes & chargebacks
3.1 请先联系我们。若您认为存在计费错误,请在发起拒付之前联系 service@solunarai.com。多数问题都能很快解决。3.1 Contact us first. If you believe you were billed in error, contact service@solunarai.com before initiating a chargeback. Most issues are resolved quickly.
3.2 拒付。在未先联系我们的情况下发起拒付,构成违反服务条款(第 6.7 条),并可能导致立即暂停,以及在争议解决前没收剩余额度。3.2 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is a breach of the Terms (§6.7) and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of remaining Credits pending resolution.
3.3 欺诈。我们对支付采取反欺诈措施。在合理怀疑欺诈(如盗卡充值)时,我们可拒绝、冻结或撤销交易、暂停账户并作废额度。3.3 Fraud. We use fraud-prevention measures on payments. We may decline, hold, or reverse transactions, suspend accounts, and void Credits where we reasonably suspect fraud (e.g., stolen-card top-ups).
04兑换码(替代支付)Redemption codes (alternative payment)
4.1 对于我们的银行卡处理方服务不佳的客户(如某些中国发行的卡,或通过银行转账 / SWIFT / 发票付款的客户),我们可在确认收款后发放兑换码。4.1 For customers our card processor does not serve well (e.g., certain China-issued cards, or customers paying by bank transfer / SWIFT / invoice), we may issue redemption codes after payment is confirmed.
4.2 兑换码仅在我们确认收到款项后发放,并适用上述相同的额度条款。4.2 Redemption codes are issued only after we confirm receipt of funds and are subject to the same Credit terms above.
4.3 兑换码购买的退款依第 2 条处理,在可行情况下按原支付渠道退还。4.3 Refunds for redemption-code purchases follow §2, refunded by the original payment channel where feasible.
05税费Taxes
退款金额及任何税务调整依适用法律处理。Refund amounts and any tax adjustments are handled per applicable law.
06变更Changes
我们可更新本政策;以您购买时生效的版本管辖该次购买。We may update this Policy; the version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
