您的请求由上游提供方履行。除本 AUP 外,您必须遵守您通过本服务访问其模型的每一上游提供方的适用使用政策。若上游提供方的政策更严格,则适用更严格的政策。对于违反上游提供方政策的行为,无论其是否同时违反本 AUP,我们均可暂停您的账户。Your requests are fulfilled by Upstream Providers. You must comply with the applicable usage policies of every Upstream Provider whose models you access through the Service, in addition to this AUP. Where an Upstream Provider's policy is stricter, the stricter policy applies. We may suspend your account for conduct that violates an Upstream Provider's policy, regardless of whether it also violates this AUP.

02禁止的内容与用途Prohibited content & use

您不得使用本服务生成、招揽、协助或传播:You may not use the Service to generate, solicit, facilitate, or distribute:

(a) 违法与有害(a) Illegal & harmful

• 依适用法律属违法,或推广、协助违法活动的内容。Content that is illegal under applicable law, or that promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
• 儿童性虐待材料(CSAM)或任何涉及未成年人的性内容——零容忍;依法举报。Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance; reported as required by law.
• 协助严重暴力、恐怖主义,或制造武器(生物、化学、核、放射性)或其他灾难性危害的内容。Content that facilitates serious violence, terrorism, or the creation of weapons (biological, chemical, nuclear, radiological) or other catastrophic harms.

(b) 滥用、剥削与骚扰(b) Abuse, exploitation & harassment

• 骚扰、威胁、欺凌,或意图诽谤,或煽动暴力或自残的内容。Harassment, threats, bullying, or content intended to defame, or that incites violence or self-harm.
• 未经同意的私密影像;未经同意描绘真实人物的性内容。Non-consensual intimate imagery; sexual content depicting real persons without consent.

(c) 欺骗与诚信攻击(c) Deception & integrity attacks

• 欺诈、诈骗、钓鱼、恶意软件或其他恶意代码。Fraud, scams, phishing, malware, or other malicious code.
• 虚假信息行动、协同的不实行为,或假冒。Disinformation campaigns, coordinated inauthentic behavior, or impersonation.
• 学术不诚信服务,或以规避学术诚信管控为卖点而推广的内容。Academic dishonesty services, or content marketed to circumvent academic-integrity controls.

(d) 隐私与个人数据(d) Privacy & personal data

• 非法收集、暴露或处理个人信息,包括抓取或去匿名化。Unlawful collection, exposure, or processing of personal information, including scraping or de-anonymization.
• 生成侵犯他人隐私权(如加拿大 PIPEDA 或适用当地法律下)的内容。Generating content that violates others' privacy rights (e.g., under Canada's PIPEDA, or applicable local law).

(e) 歧视与受规制的决定(e) Discrimination & regulated decisions

• 非法歧视,或在缺乏适当人工审核与合法合规的情况下,将输出作为重大决定(信贷、就业、住房、法律、医疗)的唯一依据。Unlawful discrimination, or using outputs as the sole basis for consequential decisions (credit, employment, housing, legal, medical) without appropriate human review and legal compliance.

03禁止的技术行为(保护本服务与上游账户)Prohibited technical conduct (protects the Service & Upstream accounts)

您不得:You may not:

• (a) 试图规避、探测或停用本服务的安全、速率限制、配额、计费或防滥用控制。(a) Attempt to circumvent, probe, or disable the Service's security, rate limits, quotas, billing, or abuse controls.
• (b) 向第三方转售、再许可或以服务形式提供本服务或您的 API 密钥,除非与我们另有书面协议。(b) Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service or your API keys to third parties as a service, except under a separate written agreement with us.
• (c) 使用自动化手段创建账户、领取试用额度,或以其他方式滥用促销。(c) Use automated means to create accounts, claim trial credits, or otherwise abuse promotions.
• (d) 从事我们合理判断会威胁本服务稳定性或我们上游提供方账户信誉的使用模式(例如,批量违规提示、持续滥用性流量,或针对上游提供方的越狱/提示注入行动)。(d) Engage in usage patterns that we reasonably determine threaten the stability of the Service or the standing of our Upstream Provider accounts (e.g., bulk policy-violating prompts, sustained abusive volume, or jailbreak/prompt-injection campaigns against Upstream Providers).
• (e) 虚报内容来源,或在法律要求时移除或遮蔽必需的 AI 生成内容标识。(e) Misrepresent the origin of content, or remove or obscure required AI-generated-content disclosures where the law requires them.
• (f) 对本服务进行反向工程、反编译或反汇编,或通过复制本服务来构建竞争性服务——但在适用法律禁止该限制,或该限制与就本服务某一组件适用的开源软件许可证授予您的权利相冲突的范围内除外。(f) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, or use the Service to build a competing service by copying it — except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law or conflicts with rights granted to you under an open-source software license applicable to a component of the Service.

04执行Enforcement

4.1 我们可采取措施保护本服务。鉴于违规使用对本服务及我们上游提供方账户构成的风险,在合理相信存在违规时,我们可暂停、限速或终止访问,并移除违规配置。无事先通知的立即措施仅保留用于违法行为,或威胁本服务或我们上游提供方账户的安全或完整性的行为。对于其他违规,我们将在可行且合法的情况下通知您、说明理由,并在适当情况下给予补救机会。4.1 We may act to protect the Service. Given the risk that policy-violating use poses to the Service and to our Upstream Provider accounts, we may suspend, throttle, or terminate access and remove offending configurations upon a reasonable belief of violation. Immediate action without prior notice is reserved for conduct that is unlawful or that threatens the security or integrity of the Service or our Upstream Provider accounts. For other violations we will, where practicable and lawful, give you notice, describe the reason, and where appropriate allow an opportunity to cure.

4.2 调查。我们可对疑似违规进行调查,包括审查用量元数据(而非提示词/补全正文——我们的控制面与推理层均不存储正文,见隐私政策)。4.2 Investigation. We may investigate suspected violations, including by reviewing usage metadata (not prompt or completion bodies, which neither our control plane nor our inference layer stores — see the Privacy Policy).

4.3 恢复。若被暂停,请联系 service@solunarai.com。是否恢复由我们裁量,并可能要求整改。4.3 Reinstatement. If suspended, contact service@solunarai.com. Reinstatement is at our discretion and may require remediation.

4.4 不弃权。我们未执行任何条款不构成弃权。4.4 No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.

4.5 向主管机关举报;保存。当我们知悉表面上的儿童性虐待材料,或适用法律要求我们举报或保存的其他内容或行为时,我们将向适当机关举报(可包括加拿大儿童保护中心 / Cybertip.ca 和/或执法部门),并将依法律要求、在法律要求的期限内保存我们可获得的相关记录。由于我们不留存提示词或补全的正文(见隐私政策),可供保存的记录一般仅限于账户信息与用量元数据。4.5 Reporting to authorities; preservation. Where we become aware of apparent child sexual abuse material, or other content or conduct that applicable law requires us to report or preserve, we will report it to the appropriate authority (which may include the Canadian Centre for Child Protection / Cybertip.ca and/or law enforcement) and will preserve the relevant records available to us, as and for the period required by law. Because we do not retain the body text of prompts or completions (see the Privacy Policy), the records available for preservation are generally limited to account information and usage metadata.
